Frozen Development Ventures ("FDV") is a private development group. Subsurface rights, zoning, and the ownership of the ground beneath Lambeau Field are the subject of ongoing interpretation. All figures are projections, all projections are estimates, and all estimates are offered in good faith by parties who prefer not to be named.

Carbon figures are modelled. Heat recovery is offered, not guaranteed to be accepted. GPU-hour allotments are non-transferable and redeemable in person at a location to be disclosed. The prospectus is delivered at our discretion.
