What this site does
This site presents a proposal by Frozen Development Ventures to build a next-generation artificial intelligence data center in the bedrock beneath Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It sets out the vision, the section drawings, the environmental model, the construction timeline and the community terms, and lets anyone request the confidential prospectus as a downloadable PDF.
Who it is for
The proposal is written for the people with the most at stake: Brown County residents, Packers shareholders, local officials, accredited media, prospective investors and anyone who is simply curious about putting 40,000 GPU racks forty feet below a football field. Every section is public, and the full prospectus is available on request.
Who builds it
Frozen Development Ventures is a private property development group focused on subsurface infrastructure in cold climates. Our approach relies on geothermal and ambient cooling, on-site renewable energy and heat recovery shared with the surrounding city. The principals of the group have chosen to remain unnamed, a decision we consider a feature rather than an omission.
How we work
We publish our figures as projections and describe our methodology in summary. We hold a community listening period before any survey work begins, and we commit to local hiring, free recovered heat for municipal infrastructure and an annual GPU-hour allotment for every household in Brown County.
